How we work

GrapeApps follows scrum process in software development.

We will divide work required into manageable chunks, usually 1 to 2 weeks of work called Sprints.

At the beginning of each Sprint we will clarify and estimate tasks with you. At the end of each Sprint we will demo the results for your approval. When you're happy with the results we will release it as a part of the next Sprint.

As a product owner you are the person who defines the requirements, determines the order of tasks and approves the final result.

As a result each Sprint is sealed as fully operational and tested product.

Mat has started his professional career in software development in 2005 after graduation from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. Over the years he has worked in a number of companies thus he had a chance to make contact with different Customers, challenges and technologies. The passion stays with him to these days. From time when together with Bart have established the Grapeapps, Mat is still an active .Net developer as well as project coordinator. He usually spends his free time actively, but is also a connoisseur of electronic music.
